A person reads every message. One business day, usually the same morning.

When we are open

Monday to Friday	9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (ET)
Saturday	9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (ET)
Sunday and public holidays	Closed — email is read first thing the next morning

What to tell us

Your order number gets a useful answer first time round. For anything that looks like a fault, add a photograph of the problem and one of the rating plate — the sticker carrying the model and serial number, usually on the back or inside the door. With those two we can normally resolve it in a single reply.

If you are asking whether something will fit, send the gap measurement — height, width and depth — and the product you are looking at, and we will check it against the manufacturer's drawing before you commit.

Before you write

These answer most of it faster than we can:

• Track your order — where it is and what the tracking status means.
• Care & measuring — measuring up, and the five-minute check before deciding an appliance is faulty.
• Delivery — times, costs, destinations and what the driver will and will not do.
• Returns — the 30-day window, what condition we need it back in, and who pays for the return.
• FAQ — everything else.

How we handle your message

We answer every message within one business day, and we do not use your email address for marketing because you wrote to us. Support email is kept for three years so that a warranty question two years from now still has context — the privacy policy sets out the rest.
