Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET on a business day ship the same day from Orlando; Saturday orders before 1:00 pm ET go out that afternoon. After that, it ships the next business day.

Can I return it?
Yes — tell us within 30 days of delivery and send it back unused, in its packaging, for a full refund. If it is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, we pay the return; if you have changed your mind, the return shipping is yours, and we quote it before anything is booked.
