🔥 Heating & Performance

Uses far infrared carbon fiber panels (deep heat, not hot air)
Heats body directly instead of heating room air
Produces strong sweating at lower ambient temperatures
Typical session:
- 20–30 min warm-up
- 30–45 min sweat session

Key idea:

You sweat heavily at ~120–150°F because infrared heats your body from inside-out rather than heating the air like a traditional sauna.

🧠 How it works (simple)

Infrared waves penetrate skin (~1–2 inches)
Raises core body temperature
Triggers sweating, circulation, and relaxation response
Dome + pad surround you so heat is more “360° targeted” than blankets
